i would highly recommend a test-ride or two before purchase. i'm 5'9" and the savage is just this side of small at times (still love my skoot though). you'll get a better feel for whether the bike is adequate firsthand with a test ride (mebbe a suzuki dealer?). my bike can certainly handle 2 up (not real comfortable though). good luck with the shopping! t..
